You already received our client email to terminate the reservation and demanding you to refund them the deposit in sum of 200,000,-THB but you failed and ignored to do so. By this letter we are demanding you to refund the said amount to our client within 3 days from the dated of this letter. In case you failed to do so we have no alternative but taking further legal proceeding to recover such amount including but not limited to claim for compensation of any and all costs, court fee, lawyer fee, interests may incurred from you failure to refund the deposit to our client.
