Can you please ensure your time table includes Spa & Gallery communication and work flow?
One other thing, and perhaps you can put in section #4: how about the employment contracts of all those HR staff moving from Spa & Gallery to LRH? Starting with Khun Anocha? Should there be a time line for this to happen?
Can the rest of the HR team please chip in for all the details that should happen?
When I did the compensation chart, I circulated and sought feedback from all stakeholders.
Can we have this mode of operation inculcated in the Shared Service Project team, and not stick to familiar comfort zone of who you know well to talk to?
Remember, the Shared Service is going to service customers that you may not have serviced before.
So please start communicating (not simply telling people what to do).
