According to the operational plan, we will continue to focusing on the quality of service that wait staff will be the main key to drive this objective. It is generally believe that whenever you come to any café or restaurant and you feel that you are very important and you get the best product and service, you will be their customer for a long time. As we are the small café and our main customers are replete customer and we know each other very well, we can take this advantage to talk or get any information from customer very easy but we still need to consider that we cannot have too close relation in the personal life.
