The term of Reference (TOR) for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Commissioning and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of PV Grid-connected Electricity Generation connected to Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)’s electric distribution power system, in Thailand
