A single mother of five had her car stolen, but got it back by sending guilt-tripping messages to the phone she had left in her car, knowing the thief would be reading them. After several text messages, from explicit threats to heart-warming begging, the thief relented and gave her step-by-step directions on where to find the car. A text the thief sent was: "I do feel bad ... my kids needed a meal on the table so that's what their dad did got them food. I know it's wrong but it's been so hard since I lost my job.
