Draft your 2016 Role Objectives

The 2016 Role Objective Setting Process is now open. This process starts with you, the employee. Working with your manager, you will develop role objectives and development activites and track your progress against those objectives and activities over the course of the performance year.
What you need to do in the next three weeks:
• Schedule a meeting with your manager to discuss and come to agreement on your 2016 role objectives and development activities.
• Access the talent management system using the link below and click on the "Review your Talent Profile for 2016 PDP" task under My Tasks on your dashboard. Follow the instructions provided to update your employee profile. At this time please also add any 2016 development activities agreed upon with your manager in the Current Development Activities section of the profile review form.
• After submitting your updated profile, you will move to the Employee Role Objective Setting form where you will follow the instructions to add your 2016 role objectives.

If you are a manager: Once any direct reports have submitted their draft role objectives, you will be notified via an e-mail from the system. Once received, please review your direct report's employee profile, development activities and role objectives and provide any necessary updates or edits. We ask that managers complete reviews of this information and submit to the "Track Role Objective Progress" state within two weeks of receiving notification.
