Following is the schedule and list of activities for D1/G1-301
· Removal of steady bearing broken arms and scaffolding up to the height of steady bearing (To be completed by 12 midnight)
· Removal of steady bearing bush holder, plate, sleeve etc (From 12 midnight to 8 AM on 17th Oct)
· Shaft verticality and runout checking inside the vessel (8 AM to 12 noon on 17th Oct)
· PT of all welds of cladding and all welds of agitator hub blades etc up to the height of the steady bearing (1 PM to 8 AM on 18th Oct)
· Gear box windows opening for gears visual inspection (by 9 AM on 17th Oct)
· Shifting the damaged components of the agitator to MEC (8 AM to 12 noon on 17th Oct)
· Repairs of the damaged components (12 noon on 17th Oct to 12 noon on 19th oct) tentative.
· Repairs of the damages inside the vessel (8 AM on 18th oct to 12 Noon on 19th oct) Anodizing to be done on repaired components.
· Assembling the components (12 Noon on 19th Oct to 12 noon on 20th Oct) Anodizing to be done on repaired components.
· Scaffolding removal (12 Noon on 20th Oct to 8 PM on 20th oct
· Final inspection, anodizing at bottom of the vessel (8 PM to 12 mid night on 20th Oct)
· De-blinding and man door box up (12 AM on 21st Oct to 12 PM on 21st Oct)
The above is a tentative plan and some of the activities may takes more time. Let us try to achieve it.
