A real estate lawyer said the story was "unbelievable" as complex legal procedures prevent fraud during the sale of a property, including verifications of one's identity and signature.
"You have to have all the steps fail, and all the people blind, to make this happen," said the lawyer, who requested anonymity.
Huang did not realise his property had been sold until the buyer came to demand that the couple vacate the apartment. The case will be heard tomorrow.
