Eligibility
Tenure: Ideally, the employee must have completed at least three (3) years at Infor.
Performance: Most recent performance review should be at Fully Meets Expectations; not on any Performance Improvement Plan
Discipline: No serious or grave offenses committed
Others:
• Proven to deliver results
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Good organization and time management skills ( Important to manage lunch/breaks upon receiving an heads up on resource bottle neck)
• Planned PTO’s
