CLAUSE 4. TRANSFER, TAXES & UTILITY CHARGES
(a) The Seller of the House and the Buyers of the Land & House shall pay 50/50 of all the Land office costs on transferring the House including registration fees, stamp duties, income tax and transfer fees & taxes.
(b) On payment of the final payment at Clause 2 above, the Seller of the House or their appointed representative shall at the Land Registry Office, cancel the existing Land Lease Agreement between the Seller of the House & the Sellers of the Land being the Lessor and the Owners of the Land. and transfer the Land & House.
