c) Intentionally causing damage to Right To Play;
d) Causing serious damage to Right To Play as a result of negligence;
e) Violation of the work rules or regulations or order of Right To Play which are lawful and just, and after written warning has been given by Right To Play, except in a serious case where Right To Play is not required to give a warning, provided that any written warning given shall be valid for not more than one year from the date of commission of the offence
