I received my formal Termination notice and predictably, it concluded that my rights had been violated as anticipated. Along with several other discrepancies between what Lockheed the outgoing employer has been doing and what General Dynamics, the incoming employer planned to do. I would find out later that Lockheed Martin chose to create a labor contract on Jul 6 2012 around the time the company changed their name to LMGI as a measure to reduce employees dues by reducing tenure to 2012 and by reporting earnings to the UAE authorities as much less than actual wages reported to the American Tax service. I became aware of this document in May 2016 with my signature somehow attached to what I had no reason to sign in 2012 as my real labor contracts are signed annually and in full English.
