Nucleotide sequences of 16SrRNA gen

Nucleotide sequences of 16S
rRNA gene and the cpcB-IGS-cpcA locus of the phycocyanin
operon (PC-IGS) obtained from DNA sequencing were compared

with other cyanobacterial sequences from the NCBI
database designated as Phormidium, Wilmottia, Nodosilinea,
Phormidesmis, Leptolyngbya, or Lyngbya by using BLAST
(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST).

Results (Thai) 1:

ลำดับของนิวคลีโอไทด์ของ 16Sยีนใน rRNA และที cpcB-IGS-cpcA ของ phycocyaninoperon (PC-IGS) ได้จากลำดับดีเอ็นเอมาเปรียบเทียบมีลำดับอื่น ๆ cyanobacterial จากการ NCBIฐานข้อมูลที่กำหนดเป็น Phormidium, Wilmottia, NodosilineaPhormidesmis, Leptolyngbya หรือ Lyngbya โดยใช้ระเบิด(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST)
