Thanks for your message. As I’ve previously explained, Infor does not have back data for the Sales Logix installed base for APAC. For that reason, we cannot provide access to Xtreme portal just because the customer name exists on Salesforce. We depend solely on BPs and the customers to provide the previous year’s M&S details to enrol them. The required information comprises – customer name, address, all product items (SKUs), M&S fees and start and end data.
