Method
1. Mix red curry , turmeric powder, and roasted coriander seed together.
2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and stir until smell . Then add the curry paste mixture and stir until fragrant .
3. Cook pork with curry paste together. Season with fish sauce, sugar and put sliced kaffir lime leaves and sliced red spur chilies.
4. Serve with cooked rice in the box. Then put Pork with curry paste on the top and add onsen egg in the middle.
Decorate with coriander and sliced red spur chilies.
