Dear RMT team,
I just have an idea to streamline high priority process. I would like to propose the idea as following and would like to ask you for an opinion krub. Please feel free to recommend, comment or even give an alternate option krub.
I also included P’Udom since he was once an remote supervisor and may have idea to share krub.
1) FE activity (especially activity that need RMT to support)
- It would be very beneficial in terms of knowing FE activity that RMT need to support before sending out a high priority request. As a result, I can avoid requesting conflict job with FE hotwork. Also, may include high priority platform that is the same platform having FE activity to maximize the benefit from remote team onboard krub.
- My idea: is it possible that FEOCC can provide FE next week plan in Thursday or Friday krub? Please help asking FEOCC about their planning process krub.
2) Adhoc process (During the week request)
- For adhoc request, I just would like to solidify the process that we already have as follows krub.
- Request
- I will send the adhoc request asked from PE to offshore by e-mail during the week; as a result, it will not be appeared in the high priority request list that I will send in every Friday.
- Result report back
- If job is completed within the week request,
Offshore will put both request (can copy from requested e-mail) and result manually in the adhoc part that need POB as per following picture.
- If job could not be completed within the week request
That adhoc request will be in high priority request list sending in that week but still indicated “(Adhoc)” in front of the request as an evidence that offshore and BKK already have communication about that request already.
As it is downgrade to normal request, result reported back to PE will be the same process with other normal request krub.
*** It is noted that I used result spreadsheet from offshore to track high priority performance. So it is quite important that offshore should be the one who input the result krub.
