Passion : We love to eat noodle, we love the long, thin and soft noodles andvery smoothie of noodle soup. We like to eat noodle in every occasion such as in weekend, in holidays or even in special days. Sometimes, we eat noodle in our birthday. We like to eat many kinds of noodle and we also try to learn how to cook noodle easily, and even try to create new kind of noodle. When we try to cook noodle, we always feel happy. Not only happy when we cook it with my family, but we also happy when we cook it with my friends; because, when we do something we love with other people, we can develop our relationship to have better feeling with each other.Method : For our method to create our noodle restaurant is the way that we plan step by step about opening new noodle restaurant. First step, is finding target group, so we can figure out that our target group is teenager. After we can find the target group. Second step is we can create many kind of menu and portion of dishes to match with number of our consumer. For example, three friend noodle for three people or the gangster noodle for five people. WE also have kind of noodle which unlimited of consumer; such as, hotpot noodle or buffet noodle. For the third step is selecting the ingredient of noodle. Some of ingredient we will buy from market; for example, noodle soup, tough noodle and bland noodle or even meat ball. Because our fourth step we will find the way to create the identity of our ingredient to surprise our consumer, for illustrate, we make our new kind of meat ball by putting something inside it such as mini meat of shrimp. Then for fifth step we think about place our restaurant we select at the corner of walking street where is in Chaing Rai, because it is in the community corporation. It is easy to convince many consumers to come into our restaurant. For sixth step, we think about promotion for consumer who check in on Facebook we will reduce for 5%, for special day such as birthday, consumer will get free drinking water and for consumer who book our restaurant in advance will get free 1 menu. At seventh step we focus on the service, first we will train our waiter and waitress that they must smile all the time since they are giving service. They must be funny, friendly and talk active all the time. Sometime we will turn on the relax music which not to loud (softly music) and our consumer can request the song either. We also have lovely place where is in front of our restaurant, it was desired and decorated by our group from searching on internet and making decision together to confirm it will be good enough to make our restaurant again and again. The reason why we think and give important about the services because we use the concept of the pressure moment of eating noodle. We will make then have good memories when they eat noodle in our restaurant. We want to
catch their heart they will feel comforted and happy every time
met they think of our restaurant.
Knowledge & Experience
: We have knowledge and experience by eating many noodles to
get and remember the test of its. Something, if noodle’s sellers
and friendly we will ask for the ingredient. We also search on the
internet, try to go cook our noodles to get our best test of our
restaurant as much as we can.
