D. Program results 1: Implementing the policies, projects on poverty reduction
(1) Policies for granting poor households with preferential credit: about 6.2 million poor households granted with the credit in 5 years = 103.3% of the 5-year plan
(2) Project on agricultural –forestry –aquaculture extension, technology transfer, guiding the poor on the livelihoods: in 5 years, about 3.7 million accumulated poor people guided with livelihoods, accounting for 88% of 5-year plan

D. Chương trình kết quả 1: Thực hiện các chính sách, dự án về giảm nghèo
(1) Chính sách cho phép các hộ gia đình nghèo với tín dụng ưu đãi: khoảng 6,2 triệu hộ nghèo được cấp tín dụng trong 5 năm = 103,3% kế hoạch 5 năm
(2) Dự án khuyến -aquaculture -forestry nông nghiệp, chuyển giao công nghệ, hướng dẫn người nghèo đối với sinh kế: trong 5 năm, khoảng 3,7 triệu người nghèo tích lũy được hướng dẫn với sinh kế, chiếm 88% của kế hoạch 5 năm
