I saw it was another incident today with a hair in provencal omelet.
I do not understand how these incidents are happening so often as it happen only once at the resort for the past 2 years.
What is the procedure regarding your staff?
Who is paying for the first omelet?
As it’s happening more and more, I will consider to keep part of the service charge for all the employe as I believe it a team work.
But first I would like you to stop cooking for a while and to do a checking job. Stay at the pass and look for all the plate going out.
Also let me know when you are planning to do the big kitchen cleaning : pulling out everything and spray all the cabinet and cleaning all the fridge inside
