Ranking and evaluation risks.
Ensure management continuity of critical operations post-war.
Put emergency management plans and procedures.
Cover emergency management five phases: prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
A training program for emergency responders.
Ensure unity of effort among all levels of government and all elements of a community.
Study the ability of create and sustain broad and sincere relationships among individuals and organizations.
Use creative and innovative approaches in solving disaster challenges.
Study Hague Convention on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict of 1954.
Research Questions:
What is the main risks that effect the heritage sites during a war?
Who are the main stakeholders of heritage sites who can achieve the common purpose?
Could we put a plans and procedures for heritage emergency management? If yes, What are they?
To what extent will these plans affect and to what extent it will be possible to achieve?
What type of conservation should be taken in heritage sites after war?
Did the society had enough of awareness about the value of heritage sites to get involve with solutions?
