Central vertical radiodense line of ossification of the spine on AP view (trolley track sign), suspected calcified supraspinous and Interspinous ligament.
irregularities and erosions of the T12 inferior end plate and L1 superior end plate with associated adjacent hyperostotic change, possible Andersson lesion. It cause
thoracolumbar kyphosis with pseudarthrosis. Adjacent facet fracture cannot be excluded.
No abnormal paravertebral soft tissue.
