Last but not the least, education in Vietnam and America is different in terms of educational facilities and equipment. To be more specific, it is common to see different latest educational facilities, such as printers, projectors and multimedia rooms are well equipped in American universities. As a result, most students can study effectively and comfortably, more importantly, the fantastic academic environment can encourage students to generate more innovative ideas. It is a fact that the students working in Bell laboratory have invented many advanced machines in the past few years. By contrast, because of the little educational fundings in Vietnam, some colleges only use textbooks to teach their students rather than computers, meanwhile, students often find it hard to do research due to the lack of satisfactory laboratories. Dinh Van Lap, director of the Tay Tra District Department of Education and Training, said the district had no more than 20 temporary classrooms. I'm not sure when the district will have spacious schools due to the lack of funds although plans to build the schools were set up two or three years ago,(Dinh Van Lap, 1992). Meanwhile in the Quang Nam province, students in mountainous districts, such as Nam Tra My and Bac Tra My, have faced lack of classrooms. As a consequence, the learning efficiency of those students will be affected considerably. This is also the main cause that only few Vietnamese people can win Nobel Prize.
