Description
Work alongside the DE team to drive Apple’s core education messaging with a particular focus on influencing education leadership; institution, sector, multiplier organisations.
Develop strategies and tactics to advance DE skill levels and performance.
Provide the support necessary to develop a highly engaged, cohesive and strategic team.
Provide consistent and regular feedback to DE’s on the quality of their customer interactions.
Provide coaching on effectively articulating, modeling, and demonstrating Apple solutions and their relevance to learning environments in assigned market.
Establish Apple’s unique leadership in education by providing customers with credible expertise in education trends, research, and best practices.
Focus the DE team on new business and highly strategic opportunities.
Monitor and coach the DE team to ensure they consistently represent the Apple brand effectively.
Model effective business conduct practices and manage the DE team in a manner consistent with Apple policies and procedures.
Effectively implement and monitor the DE engagement model. Ensure DE’s are being leveraged effectively by the sales team. Education
Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in K-12 or Higher Education is essential.
A Masters or PHD in a related field is desirable.
Additional Requirements
This is a non-commissioned, full-time position
Regional travel will be required on a semi-regular basis.
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience
Key Qualifications
■Minimum 8 years experience in an operations and/or administration role, preferably in a training-related function at a large, multi-national company
■Experience in managing complex program schedules and logistics
■Strong administrative skills with uncompromising level of attention to detail
■Able to maintain focus amid juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities
■Strong communicator, both verbal and writing, capable of working with multiple internal stakeholders and partners.
■Advanced computer usage ability, proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software and experience with database software/LMS
■Training and/or Retail sales experience preferred
■Self-driven and able to achieve results with limited supervision
■Strong work ethic and team player
■Able to handle adversity and adapt to constant change.
■Knowledge of the instructional design process
■Ability to work a flexible schedule, embrace change enthusiastically, while working on multiple projects and maintaining multiple systems
■Fluent in Thai with strong business English ability

Description
Drive quarterly training planning process in close partnership with regional trainers, instructional designers and program managers
Maintain in-depth scheduling and tracking of all training activity
Build, maintain and share execution plans for new product launches with program managers and team trainers
Work closely with Finance to manage budget
Drive sourcing of equipment across all training modalities and programs
Organize instructor-led training events, from invitation to event management
Streamline material production & logistics (classroom material, equipment, etc.)
Support and administer existing and new training systems
Source and manage vendors as needed, working closely with Procurement
Produce and serve as point of contact for all training activity metrics & reporting
Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to provide program and sales teams with training tracking mechanisms and insights
Benchmark South Asia training operations with other geographies
Provide country teams regular, relevant and timely communications and reporting
Set up, organize and maintain training systems and tools
Education
Relevant tertiary education or degree holder would be beneficial.
