Before an order is completed, system generated notifications are being sent out to buyers reminding them to Confirm Order Received if the product is received in satisfactory condition or Open Dispute if the order is not yet received or the order is not of your satisfaction.
We are also giving our customer 15 extra days to request a refund after order was marked as “finished”.
Since no necessary action has been done before the deadline, our system considered that there are no issues with the order and the order was automatically completed. With this, I regret to inform you that the payment was already released to the seller.
