Tung in the Hanoi office has noticed a serious concern about the feedback entry- up to now, BRS has refused to allow for duplicate names on the same booking number. So if we have 3 feedback forms received from one booking number, i.e. 3 destinations, and the name is the same (or the name is left blank), BRS will only keep the latest entry. It automatically erases the previously entered forms, thinking that the entry is a duplicate.
Certainly this has skewed our feedback results, but I don’t think we’ve missed out on too much.Regardless, while we wait for BRS to remove this function, I would ask that moving forward, when you enter a client name in the feedback portal, please put some initials for your office. So if the feedback is for James Duquette, then please put James Duquette-HN or James Duquette-BK (depending on where you are located). If the name is left blank, please use the booking number and the same location initials in place of a client name, i.e. 389230-SG.
