Limitations and suggestions for further research
The results of the current research must be interpreted cautiously. First, it
should be noted that a common method bias could have occurred in examining the overall perception effects because the independent, mediator and
dependent variables were collected from the same subject (Podsakoff &
Organ, 1986). The bias may have resulted in overestimating the strength of
the mediation process, even though it was not an important concern in examining the effects of the company HR bundle on employee overall perception
based on multi-level measurements.
