1. Your trigger is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and each part carefully inspected to make sure that it is 100% safe and will contribute positively to a fantastic trigger job. If there is a problem with a component I call you by phone, or notify you via email or ebay messenger to work out a solution. The only time this has ever been necessary was when a customer tried to do his own trigger job, and to make it go full automatic, using a Dremel Tool. As a consequence he completely destroyed his hammer and sear and a couple of other components.
2.3. Your hammer and sear are cut and honed on a proprietary jig dedicated exclusively to Ruger 10/22 triggers. The result is a perfect match for the smoothest release possible. The parts will be polished at any point of contact with another component. For example, the front side of the hammer is polished where it comes in contact with the bolt as it is being pushed rearward to cock for the next round. The tail of the sear is polished where the nose of the disconnector slides across it to reset the trigger. The nose of the disconnector is polished where it contacts the tail of the sear.
4.5. The ball end of the hammer strut is radiused and polished where it fits in the socket in your hammer. The trigger return plunger is radiused and polished where it rides on the back of the trigger. These measures all contribute to the silky smooth operation of your trigger group.
6. Your Bolt Stop is modified so you no longer have to waste time and patience attempting to manipulate the bolt release lever in front of the trigger loop, while at the same time pulling the bolt rearward to release the bolt. Now you simply pull the bolt back slightly and release it to close the bolt.
How it works
Upon purchase and payment send your complete trigger group to my shop via USPS, insured. Put it in a plastic Zip-Loc bag so no little pins or parts get misplaced. When I receive it I will proceed in accordance with step # 1 through 6, above. Upon completion your trigger is dry lubed and installed in a shop rifle and test fired for function and safety. It is then returned to you Via USPS Priority Mail. In this listing I allow 3 working days to complete your trigger. More often it is less, but I would prefer to be more accurate and thorough than fast. I hope you feel the same!! Thank you for stopping by!!!!!
