Just had a meeting with Henry and our team regarding the broken control panel. The following important points and actions to be made:
1. We received the control panel and modem in one package without any protective wrapping between the two units. This means that the modem was put directly on the control panel screen, resulting in a damaged screen. We have pictures of this.
a. Your team should always wrap the units and especially the control panel to prevent damage.
2. Henry will check if and why the panel is broken. He must also see if touch screen is still useable now that it is damaged by the modem.
3. If the control panel is fixed and can be used, it will be sent back to you.
4. Henry will check if and why the modem is broken.
5. Your Ms. Kanya has sent us via DHL an invoice with the new value of the parts, resulting in a very high Euro 800+ customs bill.
a. Ms. Kanya should send us a new invoice with Euro 0,00 as value for both broken parts. These are for repair.
6. We have ordered a new original control panel one week ago, which has a 3 week delivery time, but will be sent to you pre-programmed a.s.a.p.
7. In the mean time you are using the smaller Haco control panel.
8. Henry and Maarten are wondering how it can be that your current Haco control is showing error messages.
9. Our findings will be reported to you a.s.a.p.
