(4)Example:
Fine tuning length Y1=X(Correct conveying length) + (0.05~0.1mm)
The interval of print mark Y2= X(Correct conveying length) ±0.1m
The thickness difference of push block=0.3~0.5mm
For example: Correct conveying length =100mm
Set Y1 and Y2 value is below:
Y1=100+0.1=100.1
Y2=100+0.05=100.05
Result:
The actual conveying length will be larger( Y1-Y2=0.05mm) than print mark interval each stroke, after 5-8times,the print mark will be below the light beam of the sensor.
At this time, the signal of sensor will be passed to the air cylinder and the cylinder will push the push block down to shorten the conveying length(0.3~0.5)to keep the print mark will be overlay again with light beam and conveying length will be monitored continuously
Trouble shooting:
The push block has been pushed for 3 times continuously.
If you have finished the fine tuning length setting, the pneumatic cylinder pushed the push block continuously over three times, you need to rotate the knurled head screw clockwise(possible 1/6-1/10 round) to decrease the correct convey length .
