As a result of detailed examination of the functions performed by the company’s products, as well as, discovery of the fact that the products may be used for many types of machines or fluid and gas apparatuses, the HS code suggested by the FDI company is not accurate because it does not fulfill the specific descriptions (names) contained in the HS code suggested.
