Responsibility is an important in the workplace that may be can impact a good or bad for your career. my Job responsibilities are very different depending on what I do . When I was assigned task from job supervisor that will be emphasized the responsibility of work as well. In my duty, It’s depend on a lot of responsibility and decision-making because need to communicate with customers to provide base information about our products. So ,that all the work I have intend to work assigned all time . The most important aspects of responsibility are the fact that I have a demonstrated level of responsibility, and the ability to learn the job when going to perform. In order to maintain a job must to show up when you are scheduled, do your work honestly, attempt to improve your skills ,be willing to accept constructive criticism, and demonstrate a desire to succeed. You have to be able to learn, follow directions, be respectful, and be responsible and trustworthy. It’s is recommended that don’t be afraid to be the one to volunteer for or agree to additional, career-expanding responsibilities. In doing this you will most likely have the opportunity to work with other departments and learning in other functions as well. You will have opportunities arise you increase your chances of having access to company. Also, even though the work will increase by taking on additional responsibilities at work, if you are achieving positive results, people will desire to have you continue doing that work. That is taking on additional responsibilities is the best way to show that you are capable of taking on additional responsibilities.
