As LODC responsible for the following User Groups V:RS-SUPP, attached you will find a list of User IDs in your area who do not currently have a business role assigned in Access Manager. Users must be assigned a business role for the annual access review (Certification). We are seeking your assistance in determining the correct business role to assign in Access Manager for your users.
We have analyzed the current accesses for your users, and have suggested potential business roles. Please open the spreadsheet and verify the suggested business roles:
• If it is not accurate, please add the correct business role that the user should be assigned
• If no business role currently exists to suit the user’s access, complete the ‘New Business Role’ tab and provide an owner for the role
• If the user does not belong to you, please note that on the spreadsheet and we will seek to find the correct owner
Return the spreadsheet and your Business Role Owner endorsement by September 29, 2015. Once we have your endorsement, we will create /assign the new Business Roles to the users.
