The second task sheet is my career planning base. It draw a clear picture of where i am now and give me a good direction for my future. It's ask you to review your qualification, your experience, you hobbies, your interests. All of those thing will be necessary to put in your CV and it's will impress the potential employee. By complete this task i have understand my position at the moment within my career and knowing my strengths and weaknesses. And i have decided my future career planing base on that. My qualification level is at Level 3 at the moment and i'm doing level 5. After this course i will go to University as i would like to qualify at Level 6. The higher you study, the better job you could get. That's is my opinion. Also i know that in the interview, employee will look at your qualification to consider your suitability with the job. That's why it very necessary to keep qualifications up to date and review it to see if it meet the job requirement. If it not you will need to plan to go for higher education.
