As you know, tyre exporting do not need commodity inspection like before since Aug 2013, and can export directly after custom declaration. So for CCIQ, there's also no need for them to do quality inspection for Thailand export. So now we have difficulty applying "quality certificate" for you.
However, we've double check with other Thailand customer, "quality certificate" can be replaced by attached "certificate". With this you can clearing your goods fluently. Pls check if it's ok for you.
For other documents needed, commercial invoice/ packing list/ certificate of original, will be sent out by DHL days later.
