MANUAL Program
1. Press SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/- button to select Manual program
2. Press ENTER to select values from time, distance, calories.
3. Each selected value will flash, and can be changed by press INCLINE+/-, or SPEED+/-.
4. Press ENTER button to confirm. Then Time window will be flashing.
5. Press SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/- buttons to set your running time.
6. Press ENTER button to confirm. Then Distance window will be flashing.
7. Press SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/- buttons to set your running distance.
8. Press ENTER button to confirm. Then Calorie window will be flashing.
9. Press START button to begin your exercise.
10. Press STOP button to stop your exercise.
11. Speed and Incline level can be adjusted during exercise. Adjust speed and inclination level
by using SPEED +/- and INCLINE +/- buttons.
