Tranquility and escaping from stress and daily routine are among the motivations of spa-goers (i.e., Heung et al., 2001; Kohet al., 2010; Make et al., 2009; Yavas and Babakus, 2005). Privacy is sought by many guests, particularly in treatment rooms and common areas, such as the lobby, relaxing area, etc. Level of privacy is representing these group of attributes.
