MRA Users,
Oracle Hyperion v11 will go-live no later than 12:00 Noon EDT Monday, May 20th. Monday has been designated as a user quality assurance day for MRA. We encourage you to access the Hyperion v11 system on Monday and report any issues ASAP. MRA will operate in a pre-release mode for the next 30 days as we continue to optimize the new environment for maximum performance. Hyperion v9 will no longer be available after 5PM on Saturday, May 18th.
Dimension Name Changes:
Function and Currency are now reserved words in Hyperion v11 and cannot be used as dimension names. These dimensions have been renamed as Functions and Currencies. Depending on the reporting tool used, these changes should reflect automatically in your reports but you may receive an initial warning message.
User-Created Web Analysis reports can be accessed in Workspace. Web Analysis Studio will require the download of a new version of the Java Plug-In. If you require Web Analysis Studio and do not have admin access to your machine, you will need to contact the Global Service Desk for assistance.
This upgrade positions us to provide an enhanced analytic experience, including earlier cube delivery times for users in APAC and Japan, faster retrieval times and access to advanced reporting tools such as SmartView and OBI. A reduction in the email communication relating to cube status should also be expected in the near future.
Questions or issues for MRA can be directed to the MRA Tech Support Team @ MRA-Tech-Support-Team@us.imshealth.com or the Global Service Desk @ SBSGlobalHelpdesk@imshealth.com.
