• business processes supported;

• IT owners;
• service warranty level, SLA and SLR references;
• supporting services;
• supporting resources;
• dependent services;
• supporting OLAs, contracts and agreements;
• service costs;
• service charges (if applicable);
• service revenue (if applicable);
• service metrics.
