Data/statistics – actions At a meeting of team leaders the following data /information was tabled by Senior Management for discussion:

1. 10% increase in manual handling incidents in the warehouse

2. 12% increase in reports of RSI or overuse injury in sales and finance

3. Increased number of reports of customers abusing sales staff .


It reports increases in injuries/incidents. As the team leader, what actions would you take to reduce the harm to workers. Think about all the things you could do – carry out a risk assessment; research work records etc
