From the result of this case study by using MS Project, Option 3.2 has been chosen to be the best project. However, all workers and resources in this company have to satisfy to work 7 days a week. This plan could be use in the real life, if working time in a company is a job rotation such as they would be work for a period of time then have a break time (work 5 months, and break 2 months).
There are many options to solve the problem on MS Project such as expanding the time plan by levelling option, providing over working time, and increasing the amount of resources. As a result of this, MS Project is very useful.
After I have studied MS Project, I realised that this has many functions such as used for record work that have to do in a project, used for tracking every step of work from beginning to finishing efficiently, used to communicated about a project with the team work or others colleagues, and used to calculate time and cost in a project to prevent any errors.
On the other hand, there are some limitations of using MS Project.
For instance, this could be indicated the progress (just estimation), this is not suitable for some tasks such as the production of a measure, and a number of pieces.
In term of financial, this cannot be calculated precisely as particular program for accounting.
Moreover, the results that have been done by MS Project are provided to show the decision not conclusive.
