Export Sales of Petroleum Products
JSOC Bashneft exports crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicals.
In 2012 oil exports totalled 4.5 million tonnes, which is 24.5% higher than in 2011. In 2012 Poland (30%) and the Czech Republic (9%) were the key export destinations. Bashneft also significantly increased supplies to export ports in Primorsk (25%) and Novorossiysk (16%). Geographical diversification of supplies is Bashneft’s strategic priority in the sphere of oil export. In 2012 the Company managed to expand its export footprint by supplying oil to Hungary and the Ust-Luga port.

The Group exports its petroleum products and petrochemicals via OJSC Transnefteprodukt’s system of export pipelines and by railroad to Kazakhstan and Europe, and to marine terminals in St. Petersburg, Vysotsk, Novorossiysk, Murmansk and Kaliningrad. It also delivered products to Europe by motor transport.
In 2012 exports of petroleum products and petrochemicals totalled 8.6 million tonnes. Bashneft exported petroleum products mainly to countries outside the CIS (71% of supplies, or 6.1 million tonnes). In 2012 CIS countries accounted for 29% of exports (2.5 million tonnes).
