Angina usually begins after you have experienced some sort of exertion or stress. It typically gets worse if that stress or exertion is increased, and it is often relieved by rest, or when the exertion or stress stops. People commonly feel angina symptoms after a heavy meal or when waking up in the morning.These are not all of the possible triggers of angina.
