By CA, 2 main maturity clusters, each with 2 or 3 subgroups, were distinguished,
whereas the two N1 lots represented outliers (Fig. 1B).
The 11 fruit lots N1A–N5C were thus separated according to rising
maturity into least mature (N1A/B), more mature (N2/3A, N3/4B),
and most mature fruit (N2/5B, N3/4/5C) (Fig. 1A/B).
