1.1.1 Geographic Location And External Transportation of the project
The transportation conditions of the HPP area as follows: The external transportation route of the HPP will be from Kunming to the dam site: Kunming−Yuxi−Yuanjiang –Mohei Pu-er− Mohan−Muang Sai –Luang XeXeLuang Prabang −Vientian−Site of the HPP (Dam site ), the total length of which is 2.080 km. The road from the headwork complex to the powerhouse complex id of earth pavement , the width of the road pavement is about 7m which meets the requirement s for transporting equipment. This HPP will only need to build the road from the existing road to some sites, and the transportation conditions of the HPP are relatively good. Geographic location of the project area is show in Fig 1.1− 1

การขนส่งเงื่อนไขของเอชพี พื้นที่ดังนี้ ขนส่งภายนอกเส้นทางของเอชพีจะจากคุนหมิงไปยังเขื่อนเว็บไซต์ : คุนหมิง−− yuanjiang – mohei PU Yuxi เอ้อ−−เมืองไทร– xexeluang Mohan หลวงพระบาง−−เวียนเทียนเว็บไซต์ของเอชพี ( เขื่อน เว็บไซต์ ) ความยาวรวมของซึ่งเป็น 2.080 kmถนนจาก headwork ซับซ้อนไปซับซ้อนมี ID ของโลกถนน ความกว้างของถนนทางเท้าประมาณ 7M ซึ่งตรงกับความต้องการสำหรับการขนส่งอุปกรณ์ เอชพีนี้จะต้องสร้างถนนจากถนนเดิมบางเว็บไซต์ และรับเงื่อนไขของเอชพีจะค่อนข้างดี ที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์ของพื้นที่โครงการจะแสดงในรูปที่ 1.1 − 1
