Problem
- We have few time to take breakfast in the morning at petroleum station some of tourist there cannot take breakfast.
- The tourist guide have less information to tell tourist.
- Some of movies in bus that tourist want to watch it cannot open because disc is very old.
- We forget to take the symbol out of the bus.
- We not have the little loudspeaker it hard to some of tourist not here guide because in rail way station it very loudness.
- The train are very late that make the tourist have lunch very late and make to change itinerary.
- We use the long time to have lunch because have another tour group have lunch together.
- Because have lunch late make some of tourist very tired.
- The main tour guide not tell the time that we should to use in ThamKrasae restaurant because we do not sit together with the tourist it very hard to tell.
Solve
- We stop to another petroleum station for give time to some tourist that don’t have breakfast to buy some food at 7eleven and who want to go to toilet.
- We provide break food to the tourist.
- In bus in our team every member come out to talk about the attraction in there province for make more interest from tourist because the tour guide have less information.
- We play another movies that to tourist vote to watch amount we depart.
- We send some member to connect with friend who hold the symbol on her hand.
- We help to tell tourist that must be follow guide.
- The train very late we lend tourist to buy some food to eat before we depart such as ice cream, some snack and take picture.
- Because have another group to have lunch together we try to tell our tourist to line up to eat Pat Thai first if they’re very hungry.
- In restaurant very chaotic because the tourist sit with another bus we solve by listen in one person who are leader in that time.
- We change itinerary, not go to Kwai Bridge because it very late and the tourist very tried and go to resort.
- We provide break food to tourist.
Suggestion
In this day we use very much time on rail way station and on train, we should to connect with rail way station about time that there estimate when the train come. Then we can lead the tourist go to another place that near before. In real situation if customer not satisfy we should give something back to tourist such as lead to another place, say apologize are very important and make special dinner for them. In term of tour guide should prepare themselves about information, but in this day is very good way to solve problem which lend every member in term come out to spoke about attraction. In term of restaurant next time we should tell the manger must be separate food line to our group only.
