In Vietnam, students cannot provide their own opinions or suggestions freely at class, and they are too passive. Therefore, the students seem to become less creative and can rarely come up with innovative ideas during study. After class, the students usually review the knowledge learnt only based on the notes written by themselves at class. They will not employ other methods to widen their scope of knowledge. Additionally, education in Vietnam is not flexible, as students cannot choose lecturers, timetables, group members, etc. on their own.
