Since Remote Team is the No.1 Stakeholders of Major Project Group, I would like to invite Remote Supv. and MOT Lead from each Field to attend the MPG / Remote Supv. Engagement Workshop which will be held on 5 Nov’15, Whole day session, in BKK Office ka.
The Workshop will consist of Ongoing things, What’s new, and Feedback from Offshore as following listed:
• Platform Ownership
• Platform preservation
• Platform PM before Online
• Spare parts for new platform
• Design Change Management Process & IT Tool
• Major & Minor changes on New WHP design
• Feedback from Offshore and Clarification
• SAT Team Concept
• RCA Update for 35kW Diesel Generator Incidents
Therefore, I would like to request for your approval and providing Name of a representative from your field to me within WED 21 Oct’15 for me to send them the Official Invitation ka.
