If any, part of this Agreement come

If any, part of this Agreement comes under depute,
both parties hereto will appoint their own legal representatives to act as mediators
and instruct these representatives to find a fair and balanced resolution to the dispute.

Results (Thai) 2:

ถ้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อตกลงนี้มาภายใต้มอบหน้าที่,
ท้ายทั้งสองฝ่ายจะแต่งตั้งตัวแทนทางกฎหมายของตัวเองเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย
และแนะนำผู้แทนเหล่านี้เพื่อหามติธรรมและสมดุลในข้อพิพาท

ถ้าส่วนหนึ่งของข้อตกลงนี้มาภายใต้เป็นตัวแทน
ทั้งสองฝ่าย , ท้ายจะแต่งตั้งผู้แทนของตนเองตามกฎหมายเพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย
และสั่งให้ตัวแทนเหล่านี้เพื่อหาความยุติธรรมและสมดุลกับข้อพิพาท .
