to participate in this study. Each participant received an
anonymous self-administered questionnaire that requested
information about sociodemographic factors (e.g., gender, age,
education, annual household income, employment status, living
arrangement, and place of residence), driving status (those who
had a driver’s license and frequently drove, those who had a
driver’s license and rarely drove, and those who did not have a
driver’s license), frequency of driving (almost every day, 4–5 days/
week, 2–3 days/week, less than a day/week), 12-item physical
symptoms possibly related to driving performance, and 28-item
driving behaviors (including unsafe driving behaviors and driving related
behaviors)
