I want to thank you for your engagement – with each other as colleagues, our vision and the work we do. I am pleased to share that our engagement is up from .81 to .83 across the region in the March Pulse Survey since the last survey. You are saying we are improving on 4 of the 5 dimensions in recent months. Most notable is the significant increase in Individual Development Plans from .63 to .81, demonstrating how well you have positively embraced this new tool since it was rolled out in January.
